Pumpkin Patch Pictures

Last week we went to a "pumkin patch" in Rigby. It was basically someone front yard. Anyway, we got some pictures taken by a local photographer who actually lives in our complex. Annelise was really fun to work with and I think we got some good pictures. She posted some of the pictures up on facebook and her blog today. If you want to look at her blog it's: annelisewoodwardphotography.blogspot. Here are some of the proofs...

I think this one is my favorite of us three. Even Lexi is looking at the camera.

I also think this is a good one of us three (well, four, haha)

I love Lexi's cheesy smile in this picture.

There was a cat in the field, which was purrrfect because we used the cat to get Lexi to look towards the camera.

I LOVE this picture!!! This is Lexi's lion costume. I'm so glad we got some pictures of her in it.

2 1/2 Years

Today is our 2 1/2 year anniversary (and you thought no one celebrated half anniversaries after the first year). Sean and have had a great marriage (not that it's over). We've enjoy many episodes of the Office together, the joy of 2 children (well one is still cooking), family vacations, school, and everyday life.

I love you Sean!

The Cat's Out of the Bag... There is a Baby in My Belly!!!

If you haven't already heard... I'M PREGNANT! We are so excited. We are having our second baby. We're due Monday, April 19th 2010. Which means I'm 13 weeks along (well 13 weeks tomorrow technically). We found out about the new addition to our family back in the beginning of August and are now publicly announcing that Lexi is going to be a be sister!

Here are a few pictures from the day we found out about our little bundle of joy...

And this is what I look like now. I'm starting to show if I wear the right clothes...

Thanks GiGi.

These pictures are for you Mom. This is a little photo shoot I had with Lexi tonight in her new dress.

"Where's your nose?"

"Where's your hair?"

"Where's your belly?"

And whenever I take pictures of Lexi, I always get a bunch of her with her arms moving all over the place. She just can't sit still, she is Sean's kid after all.

So Stupid and So Cool

So the weather has turned a lot colder. It's below freezing in the mornings and usually in the 40's during the day. Anyway, the stupid thing is that our complex is still watering the grass in the mornings! HELLO! It's freezing outside! So that means we get big sheets of ice all over our sidewalks and this happens to our grass and trees...

15 Months Old

Yesterday, my baby turned 15 months old! I have loved being her Mommy. It is so much fun watching her grow up. She is always amazing me. She is becoming such a fun little girl. She loves to read books, cuddling her stuffed animals, play with her baby doll, take long bathes and play and explore outside. She also likes to pull everything out of all the drawers, haha. She is so sweet and cuddly when she wants to be and sassy sometimes. She is full of personality and keeps me on my toes.

Here are some pictures of Lexi this week...

Cuddling with Daddy. Don't you love the South American clothes?!

She always has her lion with her. I don't know what we'll do if anything happens to him.

Wearing more South American clothes.

Carrying her baby in a sling. Awe, a little mother!

And her stats from her check up yesterday: 20 lbs 6 oz (15%) and 30 1/2 inches (53%). Her growth has slowed down a little as all toddler do when they actually start burning calories unlike little babies that just sit and sleep. But she is still consistent in her growth, so she's doing great!

Conference Weekend

We had a good relaxing weekend. It started Friday afternoon. We took Lexi on a walk.

Don't you just love the hat?!

Here she is playing in the drainage ditch by our apartment.

Reading to herself her new Halloween book. Did ya notice the ponytail?

Friday's highlight was when Sean found our long lost remote inside our ancient couch.

We've created a tradition of getting donuts before the Saturday morning session. Lexi enjoyed participating in the eating of the donuts.

In between the Saturday session I took Lexi on a walk.

Studying Saturday afternoon.

My righteous husband going to the Priesthood session.

During the Priesthood session, I got together with some friends. Here is Lexi and her friend Rachael playing together in a book shelf. (Rachael is just a few weeks younger than Lexi)

Here is a video of the girls dancing together.

Lexi watching the Sunday morning session in her PJs.

And because she has a short attention span, here is Lexi coloring during the Sunday morning session. I really just wanted to take a picture of her pigtails.

Lexi was giving her baby kisses but wouldn't for a picture.

Our great weekend ended this morning with the first snow of the season.
