I Can't Believe This

Alexia is less than 2 weeks away from her first birthday and she still fits into her blessing dress! Well, to be truthful, I'm not too surprised because I made the dress way too big. I had no clue what size she would be when I made it and no clue what I was doing! Oh well, she still looks cute in it. Haha.

Sean's First Father's Day

Yesterday was Father's Day. It was a great day. We got to spend it with my parents and Sean's sister Andrea. We spent the evening playing games and eating ice cream cake. It was just nice to be with family.

I just want to take a minute to tell my dad how much I love him. It was so great to see him this weekend!

And of course we need to tell Sean's dad that we love him too. We're grateful for all your love and support!

It Only Took Her 11 1/2 Months To Learn This...

...But it's official. As of last Thursday, Lexi is a crawler. She really wants to walk. She is always grabbing our hands and trying to get us to walk with her. But suddenly she realized to crawl just in time for her first birthday in 2 weeks. I took these videos right when she first realized she could crawl. She is so happy and excited. It's adorable.

Fun Family Filled Weekends

This weekend, Lexi and I went to White Hall Montana for a family reunion. It was a reunion for my mom's dad's siblings and their families. It was pretty fun. Here is a picture of all the Briggs kids. My grandpa Calvin is the blue looking one on the right (He drinks silver and it's turned his skin blue, wierd, I know).

Here is a picture of my Grandpa and his wife and my uncle Ken and his family and me, Lexi and my parents. We are representing our side of the family.

It was wet and rainy and muddy. Lexi loved all the animals. She got to touch puppies, pigs and horse and got to ride her first ATV.

Two weekends ago Sean's brother Jared's wife Val came with her two kids Adalynn and Devin. Addie is 2 weeks younger than Lexi so whenever the girls are together we take a ton of pictures of them...

For some reason Devin was so excited about brushing his teeth so all the kids got in on the action.

Val hadn't been to Rexburg since she went to Ricks so it was fun taking her around town and on campus and showing her all the changes. Of course we had to go to the duck pond, in fact we went there twice because the kids loved it.

We had such a fantastic time. Thanks for driving all the way from Vegas Val! You're amazing!

1. What is your favorite color? Well That's a hard question. I don't have just one. I love sky blue, cranberry red, lime green and hot pink. I just love color!

2. What is your favorite song? A song that will always hold special meaning to me is Shania Twain's You're Still the One but one of my current favorite songs is Taylor Swift's Best Day, that song makes me cry.

3. What did you do this month, that was your favorite? Well today my sister-in-law and her kids are coming to visit and I'm super excited about that and next week my parents are coming to visit. I know those haven't happened yet but I'm so excited. Other than that it would have to be going on walks with my friends and just chatting.

4. What is your favorite Candy? I've always loved Snickers but recently I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Peanut Butter Twix.

5. What is something that you really want to learn to do? Fix the tention on my sewing machine and learn to sew everything! Haha.

6. What is your favorite flower? Hmmm. Is orange/pinkish roses lame?

7. If you could go anywhere in the world, Where would you go? Sean and I really want to go to New England and visit all the historical sites. Someday I want to make it to Hawaii. And of course Europe is a dream of mine and then there is going back to South America.

Spring Cleaning

It's finally happened! My home is clean! All of it! So I had to take pictures to document this proud moment...

What would a post be without a picture of Alexia? She has been so patient with me while I clean and has been very good at playing by herself. One of the benifits of being a only child. And her are some pictures of Lexi's clean room..

Not all of her bows are showing in this picture or are on the wall. She has a ton!

And here it is our bedroom actually clean! It's always my last priority but here it is clean!

I wish you could smell our bathroom. It smells clean. I love that.

So the table isn't totally clean. But it's close.

And this kitchen may not look clean to you but it is to me!

11 Months Old!!!

It's true my BABY is 11 months old. I can't believe it's only one more month until she's a year old. We love Alexia more than ever! She is so funny and has a such a sweet little spirit. She is the highlight of our days. Here are a few pictures of her from today...

Lexi spent the morning with her B.F. (Baby Friend) Harper. They had a great time together.

Lexi loves walking but can't do it by herself yet. We are working on her balancing skills.

I have decided to give her cow's milk once in a while to get her ready for the switch from formula.

"Dad" Has A Whole New Meaning

When Alexia gets really mad or upset she screams "Dad." It's hilarious but not very respectful. In this video she isn't too frustrated, she just wants out of her chair. But she is still using his name in vain.

Our Little Pointer

Lexi loves to point her finger at everything. It's adorable. In this video she is touching her pointer finger to mine, which she loves doing.
