The Farmer's Market

Yesterday, Sean was able to get off work early at 6 pm (He normally works 2-10pm). So we headed to the Rexburg Farmer's Market. It was fun. Lexi got a new bracelet and hair bow. Sean got corn on the cob with lots of butter, Mexican parmesan cheese and some Mexican seasonings. He really liked it. We also got some amazing Italian bread. It was a lot of fun.

For those of you in Rexburg, I would say go. It's every Friday night from 4- 8 pm in front of the Tabernacle. It ends sometime in September.

And the pictures...

FRUSTRATING!!!

Last Saturday, we loaded up in the car and were all ready to go swimming and then our car wouldn't start. We tried several times and were so frustrated. Sean and I know NOTHING about cars so we knew we'd have to take it in to get looked at but since our car wasn't working that meant getting it towed. But no where was open so we waited until Monday morning. We tried to turn it on again, just in case and then got it towed to Tri State. It costed $55 but our insurance sayed they'd cover. And I'm really hoping they will. Tri State told Sean they'd look at it and call him soon. They never called Monday. So Sean called Tuesday morning. They said they'd call him back soon but never did. So Sean called back an hour later and they said they'd call him back in 2 hours. They called him back four hours later and told him that our car had no problems and they drove it around town. So I went and picked it up. I was really frustrated because they said there was nothing they could do. All week, our car has hesitated when starting it. Finally today we took our car in to Les Schwab and they instantly knew that we needed a new battery. Why couldn't Tri State figure that out. Does the battery really need to be completely dead for them to know it has a problem!!??? Tri State was clue less, rude and has forever lost our business. I'm just glad that our car is fixed before our upcoming road trips.

Okay, it fills really great to get that off my chest. Maybe now I'll post about some more exciting things.

13 Months Old

Today our little Alexia is 13 months old. Just when I'm almost used to saying that she's 12 months old she gets older! But Sean and I love her more than ever!!! She is so much fun. Here are some Lexi facts:

-She can sign more, milk and please.
-Lexi is trying to make the switch from two daily naps to one and I hate it!
-Lexi is the fastest crawler! She can move.
-She took her first step while we were in Island Park two weeks ago but isn't able to walk because she takes too big of steps and has such tiny feet.
-Alexia loves to play "dress up," she's obsessed with putting towels, clothes and blankets on her head, shoulders and back. It's so funny.
-We're finished finally with bottles and formula. And Lexi is doing great with whole milk.
-Lexi loves to "read." She'll sit on my lap and listen while I read several books.

And of course the pictures. Here are I few I snapped of Lexi playing in our living room today...
