Baby Furniture!!!

I am so excited. I love my crib! It has a 15 year warrantly so I am hoping that I can use it for many children to come.
The cordinating changer/dresser combo was $450 so we decided to get this one for much cheaper. I am hoping that they match well. But if they don't then it will just look like asll of the other furniture in our apartment. And we can always refinish them later.

My Newest YouTube Favorite

This father loves his son son much. He tries to give him the life that he deserves. Their theme is "Can" and they prove that they can do anything together. I love it. I hope I can love my children like this...

Sean's newest project

Sean tried to design shirts this weekend, the iron on kind. Here he is modeling one of them.

Next he wants to try decorating baby shirt.

Chicken Experiment

I am in a cooking class. This week we learned about poultry. I watched my teacher prep a chicken and bake it in a oven. I figured if she could do it then I could. So Sean and I tried it.

Chinesse Lunar Calendar

My friend Aubrey has a friend in her ward who swears by this. She claims that it has never been wrong. It was right for Aubrey. It says I am going to have a girl. I wonder if it will be right for me too? It's fun to look at anyway...

http://www.thelaboroflove.com/chart/cal.html

I also used another website showing an ancient Chinesse birth chart. It claims to be 93% accurate. It too said that I am having a girl, it even gave me a percentage. It predicted that I have a 92% chance of having a girl and only an 8% chance of having a boy. Here is the link for you preggos to check out...

Winter Wonderland

It has been a very moist but warm winter. Here is some snow hanging off our the roof. Sean is throwing snowballs at it to try to break it down. He wasn't successful at all.

Here is Sean with the snow outside out apartment a few weeks ago. It has melted a little since.

Sean and I love looking at iciles. Here are some from around our block. These are amazing.

Sean wants to take a basketball and throw it at them and break them. But he doesn't...

Happy Valentine's Day

It was a great Valentine's Day. Sean gave me this... it's a dad with his new baby. I think Sean is excited to be a daddy. He also got the baby some books about spending time with mommy. He is so adorable!

We had a heart shaped pizza for dinner. It was cheap and quick. We didn't have much time because we had tests to study for.

We didn't take a single normal picture of ourselves. Oh well, that is the real us... crazy!

Keep Growing...

"IT'S A BOY!"

This week we went in for a regular monthly check up. While the doctor was listening to the heart beat on my stomach, he exclaimed, "It's a boy!" He told me that he could tell by listening to the heart beat. Then he looked at me seriously and told me that he is right about half of the time... he thinks he's so clever.

So we really don't know what it is. Sean and I both think it's a girl. We will find out for real on Tuesday, 11th March. We will let everyone know what it really is then...

Yesterday, was the Rexburg Temple dedication. Sean and I went to the first of four sessions. This was President Monson's first official act as Prophet. He did an amazing job! When he was putting the cement around the corner stone, he was hilarious! He kept cracking jokes and was so entertaining. I never totally realzied how funny he is, but now that he is no longer in the background, his personallity really shines.

President Monson informed us that Sister Faust passed away yesterday. Sean and I both just thought, good for her, she gets to be with her hubby again. Also, President Eyering wasn't able to make it because he broke his ankle early in the week and wasn't able to walk. I felt so bad for him. But Elder Nelson and Bednar came and helped out.

On our way to the temple dedication, we couldn't even see the temple until we were right next to it, the fog was so thick. But after it was dedicated and we left the building, we couldn't even look at the temple because the sun was shinning so much. The temple is gorgeous and I am so happy we have it here in Rexburg. I can see the top of the temple from our apartment. It is less than a mile from our house. We are so blessed.

Glenn Beck

Friday, Glenn Beck stopped at BYU-Idaho on his way to I.F. for a fund raiser. He came and spoke to the college Republicans. This was a dream for Sean. He loves Brother Beck! It was a very neat experience. Glenn shared some amazing things with us.

We were in the first row!

This isn't zoomed in. We really were this close.
