"Front Yard" Photo Shoot

It rained part of the day today. YAY! We needed that.

And the rest of the day was cool and overcast.

Perfect for taking pictures.

We headed out to the canal right in front of our apartment.

And took some pictures of Lexi, in honor of her turning four tomorrow.

I was pretty happy with how they turned out.

We went to Arizona for New Years, which I will eventually blog about.
Anyway, while we were there we got some new family pictures taken.
My AMAZING sister-in-law and FABULOUS friend Val took them.
And I'm so pleased with how they turned out.
So yes, Sean and Jared it was worth carrying that heavy cold couch outside.

Pictures From the Move

I figured I needed to post some pictures of my last post. Here is a picture of us in front of our huge moving truck and our Rexburg apartment...

Lexi's favorite part of the trip was definitely stopping to see her cousins Halle and Parker...



And Lexi's favorite part about our new home is that it's bigger and that she has been reunited with all her toys that I packed up. She was so excited to see her rocking horse again...

Right before we move we bought this swing on Craig's List and I'm so glad we did. Avery has spent a lot of time in it while we packed and unpacked...

Avery's eyes are starting to get lighter. Some days I think they will be blue like Sean's or Lexi's and other days I think they will be green like mine. What do you think?

For My Mom

Next to Sean and myself, my mom probably loves my girls more than anyone. They are her only grandchildren and she spoils them. Unfortunately my parents live in Washington, as well as Sean's parents, so they don't get to see us very often. So I'm trying to take lots of pictures of the girls for them. Pumpkin Patch Pictures

Last week we went to a "pumkin patch" in Rigby. It was basically someone front yard. Anyway, we got some pictures taken by a local photographer who actually lives in our complex. Annelise was really fun to work with and I think we got some good pictures. She posted some of the pictures up on facebook and her blog today. I love Lexi's cheesy smile in this picture.

There was a cat in the field, which was purrrfect because we used the cat to get Lexi to look towards the camera.

I LOVE this picture!!! This is Lexi's lion costume. I'm so glad we got some pictures of her in it.

I Can't Believe This

Alexia is less than 2 weeks away from her first birthday and she still fits into her blessing dress! Well, to be truthful, I'm not too surprised because I made the dress way too big. I had no clue what size she would be when I made it and no clue what I was doing! Oh well, she still looks cute in it. Haha.
