Taylor and Alisa's Reception

Here's a few pictures for the members of Sean's family that read my blog.
Tonight we went to Sean's cousin Taylor's Open House and Family Dinner.
It was fun to get together with some of the extended family.
Aunt Liz did a fantastic job decorating with the fall theme, my pictures don't do it justice...

I quickly wanted to get some pictures with Taylor and Alisa so
Sean, Megan and Michelle made their way into the front of the line and into some pictures...

Lexi wanted me to take a picture of the bride for her.

And here's one of Sean's cousin Tyler with little Eli.

Laura's Wedding

Yesterday was Sean's cousin Laura's wedding.
I went with my sister-in-law Michelle to the family luncheon.
It was held in the ballroom of the Provo City Library. It was gorgeous!
I made sure to take pictures for Lexi because she loves everything about weddings and
I wanted to share some pictures with the women in Sean's family who weren't able to go.
Plus, who else just doesn't love looking at pictures from weddings?!

Their colors were Tiffany blue, white and champagne. GORGEOUS!!!
All of the flowers were from Laura's aunt's yard. There were a ton of flowers!
I really wonder if there is anything left in that woman's garden.

 The bouquet.

Laura's family really loves crepes, so much, that they were making them for three days straight!
They made 1200 crepes for the crepe bar!!! That has got to be a world record.
They had a Mexican style dinner crepe and fruit crepes
but my personal favorite was the chocolate and cream filling crepes.

And here's the bride! I love the lace detail on the top of her dress.

And I really loved her hair. A cascading french braid, perfectly placed flowers and long, gorgeous curls.

Laura and Alan.

Michelle, Megan, Me and Tyler. We were representing the Orton cousins.
We had a fun table and a pretty good time chatting. These guys are hilarious!

And Jane, one of Laura's sisters holding tiny little Claire.
Jane sang with her brother Taylor and the groom. They did a great job!

And here's Spencer (One of the bride's brothers) and his wife Sara.
Sara cracks me up and could easily be my best friend if we lived by each other!

I want to mention that I loved the bride's maids' dresses.
And the best part is that they got them for $5 a piece online at Ann Taylor. AMAZING! And I want one!

WA TRIP - Andrea and Brandon's Wedding

Earlier this month we flew back home to Washington. Sean's little sister Andrea got married! We're so excited for Andrea and Brandon. They are such a cute couple and Brandon is a great fit for Andrea and the Christensen family. Here is a picture of Andrea and Brandon coming out of the temple. They were married in the Seattle Washington Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (the same place Sean and I were married).

I loved Andrea's dress and hair - timeless and elegant. She really was the most beautiful bride that I've ever seen!

Here is all six Christensen kids with Brandon.

(Sean, Aaron, Brandon, Andrea, Jared, Josh, and Michelle)

The bride and groom with all the nieces and nephews. I love this! Our family is quickly growing. When Sean and I got married 3 1/2 years ago we had just one nephew, Devin.

Adalynn and Alexia (they're just two weeks a part).

Sean and Avery outside the temple.
A picture of our family. I love that this family picture was taken at the Seattle temple because that's where our family officially began.

All six Christensen grandkids waiting to go to the reception.
They are in birth order...
Devin (4 1/2), Parker (3), Lexi (2), Addie (2), Halle (13 months), Avery (3 months)

I loved Andrea's cake! They had a small cake and tons of cupcakes with adorable little toppers.

The flowers were beautiful and the food was delicious!
And I think everyone's favorite part was...

And this is my favorite picture I took at the reception...

It was such a fun day! And it was so great to be with all of Sean's family (something that is getting harder and harder to do). You can find more pictures from the wedding here.
