Halloween Pictures

I don't feel like writing much so instead here's a bunch of pictures.
Firs the girls carving their pumpkins with Sean...

The girls wouldn't touch the insides of the pumpkins again. What wimps!

My attempt to get cute pictures of the girls outside...

And here's Avery and Eli cuddling while Lexi was at preschool.
These two are so cute together. I hope they become best buds.

And here's some pictures from Halloween night.
I decided to tease Lexi's hair for fun.
She thought it was funny.

This girl was so excited to go trick-or-treating.

And here's Eli squeezed into his newborn sized costume...

And here's Eli waving hello to his grandparents.

Sean took the girls trick-or-treating with their cousins and uncle Justin.
They had a blast and got a ton of candy.

An In-Law Filled Fourth

Yesterday for the 4th of July we got together with my sister-in-laws' in-laws' and their in-laws.
Basically the Searle family and their in-laws on all sides.
We had a great time! The girls were so happy to just be free to roam around the backyard.
But before I would let my kids have any fun, I made sure we took a few family pictures.
As you can tell, my girls were less than thrilled...

Once that was out of the way, we let our kids play on the slip-n-slide.
This was a new thing for them.
They weren't quit sure what to do at first but just loved playing with the water anyway.

Michelle is trying to teach Lexi how to use the slip-n-slide by pulling her along with a croquet mallet!

I just love this little cutie!

Check out these flowers.
Sean was actually the one to noticed that they were painted.

Avery was just in heaven going around and doing whatever she wanted!

They boys played lots of sports.

Of course, there was lots of yummy, yummy food!

And the Searles are kinda crazy about their homemade ice cream. So there was lots of that there!

Michelle felt like she was being chased by the Paparazzi because I always had my camera with me.

Bocce ball.

Volley ball.

And we ended the party with water balloons.

It was a great party! We can't wait to next year already.
(Yes we are totally inviting ourselves again.)

A Sports Themed Father's Day

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

I just had to share these pictures of Sean with his girls right after their birth.
I'm so excited to get a picture of him holding Eli for the first time!

Friday, Lexi and I decorated.
I blew up balloons and hung streamers. Lexi decorated a big banner and helped wrapped gifts.
Lexi was so excited for Sean to get home and see it all.
When Sean got home from work she told him he could open one present.
Next thing I know he'd opened all his presents!
...
We decided to go for sports themed presents.
We got Sean two footballs (one from him and one for Eli).

 Some new BYU basketball shorts.
Lexi picked these out. When she saw them she had to get them for her dad!

Sean also got a new baseball mitt.
Here he is throwing the ball around with Justin.
These all are things that Sean has wanted for a long time but before now
he didn't really have someone to play with. Now he has Justin.

And here is Sean today with his kids...

Our ward here has an interesting Father's Day tradition.
The Relief Society sisters and Young Women bring desserts and other treats.
We all drop them off in the kitchen before church.
After church all the men get to go to the kitchen and pick out what they want.
Sean got an entire banana cream pie!
Other options were cookies, brownies, a container of ice cream, a pineapple,
chips and salsa, homemade bread and rolls, etc.

WE LOVE YOU SEAN!!!
