Avery Doesn't Like Santa

Avery's Growing Up (The 19 and 20 Months Post)

Avery has really been growing up.
Since I last blogged, she's turned 19 and 20 months old.
Avery is really excited about Disney Princesses.
Avery's favorite movie is Cinderella. She asks to watch it every morning.
Avery loves to draw. When she draws she sometimes will say, " A V Y."
She's trying to say the letters of her names.
Avery loves babies! She gets so excited when she sees babies even in books or movies.
This last picture is of Avery and my friend Lizi's daughter Kate.
Avery loves Kate. She loves to give Kate toys and try to put her binkie in her mouth.
Avery loves under ware. She is always trying to put Lexi's on.
Avery always wants to be like Lexi.
Here Avery is trying to get ready to go to preschool with Lexi.
Avery loves laying down with her blankets and pillow.
Lexi went through a phase too when she was obsessed with "nigh nigh."
Avery is just so cute in this next picture, hugging this heart.
Avery is still really excited about the potty.
Every time we go to Khol's she wants to sit on the little potty.
She even ask for toilet paper so she can wipe.

I have a picture of Avery when she was three weeks old sitting in this stroller.
It's crazy how much bigger she is now.
I just love this smile!
And here is Avery saying, "no."

Avery is so into dress up now. It's adorable!

Thanksgiving Post... Better Late Than Never!

We stayed here in Albuquerque for Thanksgiving.

We decided to celebrate with our friends the Hornbargers.

Lexi had a lot of fun in the kitchen helping me prepare the food.

Avery had a lot of fun sampling the food.

The grown up and kid table.
My yummy dinner.
Evelyn and I did a great job!
Seriously, I think it was the best turkey I have ever eaten.
Everything was just delicious.

Avery trying to feed Kaylee, who is 8 months younger than her.

I ended up baking 6 pies!
I know, I'm a little bit crazy.

Here's my apple pie.

The Christensens and the Hornbargers.

Whenever we get together, it's a little girl fest!

As a joke, Sean shaved his face but left a mustache for Thanksgiving dinner.

Evelyn and Ian didn't get that it was a joke. They thought Sean was serious about it.

All day Sean couldn't bare to look at himself in the mirror.

It was pretty comical.

Well there you have it. My quickly done, long over due, Thanksgiving post.

Halloween Happened Along Time Ago!!!

YES. I'M STILL ALIVE!!!

AND THIS BLOG IS NOT DEAD!!!

I'M BACK!!!

...

So now it's time for a MASSIVE amount of blogging.

I have reasons for not blogging for the last two months.

Sean was studying for the CPA back in November and needed the computer all the time.

Then it was Thanksgiving and then Sean took said CPA test (and passed).

And then my biggest reason for not blogger is that our desktop got a virus back in November and we just got it finally fixed this week.

...

So, Halloween.

It was great. Lexi had a party at preschool.

And then we went to the Trunk-or-Treat at the church.

Here are a few pictures from that...

And here some pictures of the girls on Halloween.

Of course, it was a Princessed themed Halloween at our house.

All ready to go.

I was a witch.

Sean was a dad.

We went Trick-or-Treating with our friends the Hornbargers.

Avery had such a great time.

At first she just rode in the wagon with Kaylee.

Eventually she got out and walked with the big girls.

Avery insisted on carrying her pumpkin pail even though it probably weighed as much as her.

The girls got way more candy than I'd even let them eat.

And now I'm hoping I can blog about Thanksgiving before I put the girls to bed.

Our New Apartment - Our Living and Dinning Room (Halloween Decor)

So here is our new living room...

I have to say that I love the furniture arrangement.

People can actually look at each other.

And I love all the seating.
...

And here's our "dinning room."

It just basically a great room.

What do you think of the bats?

I love them.

Plus they give me something to put on the wall until I can figure out how I'm gonna decorate.
...

We don't have a lot of Halloween decor.

It mostly just on these two shelves.

I made this Frankenstein this year and I love it!
I put it out with a hand saw and painted it and put the bolts in too.

So yeah, this is where we spend most of our time.

Avery goes to nursery now!!!

Last week Miss Avery turned 18 months old.
She is growing up much too quickly.
It doesn't help that she wants to be just like her 3 year old sister...

At least she might potty train early. Right? Let's hope.
...
This last Sunday was Avery's second week in nursery
(we snuck her in a week early).
She has been loving it.
And Lexi loves having her in there with her.

Last Sunday Lexi held Avery's hand and walked her down the hall to nursery.
They were wearing these matching pink dresses,
and look adorable.
The just walked into nursery together and never looked back.
...
Here are Avery's 18 month stats:
20 lbs 4 oz (5%)
30 2/4 inches (25%)
